Lead Pastors
Sean and Colette Smith
Pastors Sean and Colette have been pastoring The Way since 2012. Their love for Yeshua, the church, and Israel, are prominently displayed. Their daughter and son-in-law are pastors as well.
Associate Pastor
Dr. Lyman Petrosky
Dr. Lyman has been Pastor Sean's Associate Pastor for countless years. Lyman and his wife are a blessing to this church. They provide the outdoor landscaping and flowers for the pulpit.
Executive Assistant
Yael is married, with children, to Michael. She is one of our Youth and Young Adult pastors and the Executive Assistant. She has an Associate's degree in Office Administration Technology and an Associate's degree in ministry. She also is a Principal Artist with Keystone Contemporary Ballet and a ballet teacher at Pazaz Christian Dance Academy. She loves to worship God through movement!
Youth Pastor
Pastor Michael Rothgeb
Michael is married to Yael and they both will pastor our Youth and Young Adults. Michael has a 4 year diploma of ministry from IHOP University in Kansas City. He loves the Lord and is devoted to his family, the youth, and the church.
Pastor Maureen Cassidy
Maureen is our Pastor of Intercession and Prayer.
